  • We are best suited to events where exceptional food, beverage, service, and guest experiences are meaningful priorities. If the primary goal is simply to secure the lowest-cost catering option or event venue, we may not be the right fit.

  • Clients hire us directly, rather than through an event planner. Contact our team for firsthand information about our availability, transparent pricing, and what we can create for you.

    Begin by sharing the details you have, even if your plans are still taking shape. We will then arrange a Zoom conversation to learn about your vision and discuss the menu, service style, beverage program, priorities, and budget. From there, we develop the event collaboratively and define the scope of our work. If you have not retained an outside planner, our team can act as your event planner and oversee the complete planning and production process.

  • Yes. While clients hire us directly, we collaborate seamlessly with your event planner, venue managers, and production teams to execute a unified event plan.

  • We have extensive experience with events requiring the highest levels of discretion and privacy. Confidentiality is central to how we work. Share any specific requirements from the outset so they can guide our planning and service.

  • No. Bring us a detailed brief or simply an occasion. We will develop the ideas with you and guide the decisions along the way.

Planning your event

  • Private dinners, corporate gatherings, weddings, family celebrations, mitzvahs, and galas. Each receives our personal attention, whatever the scale.

  • Yes. Peter Callahan Productions & Food Experiences and PCK Catering have extensive experience producing events for 300 to more than 1,000 guests at private estates, open fields, islands, landmark venues, and other extraordinary locations. Our team can coordinate temporary kitchens, power and water infrastructure, rentals, staffing, access, and weather contingencies.

    Events of this scale are produced off-site, as Carton House NYC is designed for more intimate gatherings.

  • In addition to luxury catering and our own event venue, Carton House NYC, we assist with venue selection, layout design, equipment rentals, lighting, floral concepts, event staffing, setup, and breakdown.

  • Not necessarily. We can build a temporary kitchen or staging area to suit the location and menu. Carton House NYC has a fully equipped commercial kitchen for cooking on-site. PCK Catering arrangements follow strict rabbinical supervision requirements.

  • Contact us as soon as you have a date in mind. We also have experience with ambitious events on short notice, so please ask about availability.

  • Yes. Beyond our signature miniature hors d’oeuvres, Peter Callahan Productions & Food Experiences creates classic canapés and multi-course seated dinners, plated tastings, and interactive food stations executed with fine dining precision.

  • Food Experiences pair high-end cuisine with inventive presentation and guest interactions designed exclusively by our team. Examples include ice-cold martinis served in golden martini shakers, gold metal handheld Ferris wheels holding canapés that spin and light up, or interactive stationary  installations designed to create memorable culinary moments.

  • Absolutely. Every event is custom-tailored to you. Favorite dishes, family traditions, and places you love are welcome starting points for the menu and service.

  • Passed hors d’oeuvres, seated meals, food stations, passed plates and other activations or a combination, with beverage coordination and professional staff. We will recommend a format that suits your guests, budget, and schedule.

  • Absolutely. We create custom menus for omnivore, plant-based, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets, with kosher catering through PCK Catering under rabbinical supervision. Please share any allergies and personal preferences during planning.

  • PCK Catering is Peter Callahan Kosher, providing high-end kosher catering under strict rabbinical supervision since 2006. PCK Catering delivers Peter Callahan's signature culinary style for kosher weddings, mitzvahs, private celebrations, corporations and institutional galas for organizations like UJA-Federation, the Jewish Museum, and the 92nd Street Y.

  • PCK Catering adheres to published kashrut standards including Chasidishe Shechita, Pas Yisroel, and Chalav Yisroel. Contact us to review current rabbinical supervision details or accommodate specific congregational requirements.

About Carton House NYC

  • Carton House NYC is a fully furnished, turnkey, 6,700-square-foot luxury indoor event space located in Chelsea / NoMad, Manhattan. It hosts private celebrations, weddings, corporate events, fashion presentations, and seminars. Catering at Carton House NYC is exclusively provided by Peter Callahan Productions & Food Experiences, with kosher catering available via PCK Catering.

  • More than 120 for cocktails, a seated dinner, and dancing, depending on the layout. We will confirm capacity for your plans, including any ceremony or entertainment requirements.

  • Available services and amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, sound and DJ equipment, a projector and screen, lighting, a disco ball, floral design, tables, and chairs. Your proposal will identify what is included and any options selected specifically for your event.

  • No. All food and beverage catering at Carton House NYC is exclusively provided by Peter Callahan Productions & Food Experiences or PCK Catering.
