PCK Catering brings fine-dining caliber kosher cuisine, polished service, and complete event production to the venue of your choice. From intimate dinners and family celebrations to weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, corporate events, nonprofit galas, and events for 1,000 or more guests, every menu and service plan is developed around your priorities.

Our team can coordinate passed hors d’oeuvres, seated dinners, food stations, beverages, staffing, rentals, lighting, florals, temporary kitchens, setup, and breakdown. Peter and Josephine Callahan remain personally involved from the first conversation through the event.

PCK Catering has operated under rabbinical supervision since 2006. Our standards include Chasidishe Shechita, Pas Yisroel, Chalav Yisroel, and vegetables checked to the highest kashrut standards.
